After buying a house with only having seen it online, Sarah takes on a derelict 100K renovation project in a foreign country - while dealing with all of the complications that can arise from different building rules and regulations. This six-part series charts the highs and lows of taking on a tricky rebuild project in a conservation area, and follows Sarah as she battles to renovate the house using traditional materials and saving as much of the original character of the house as she can.
